The Plum Dandy Cake

Ingredients List
  • 6 Ripe Dark Plums
  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
  • 1 Cup of Full Flavour Rich Dark Sugar
  • 200 Grams of Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 Cups Filtered Water
How to Make
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/fan 170°C/gas 5 and grease a baking dish
  2. Peel and take out the stone from your plums, then dice
  3. Combine your organic plain flour with your dark sugar in a bowl
  4. Melt your butter in the microwave until it is a puring consistency
  5. Combine all your ingredients in a mixing bowl and slowly fold until all is incorporated
  6. Bake in your pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degress celcius
